About You

You have 4+ years experience in private assets accounting or operations, with exposure to automation or process improvement work.

- Solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the manual steps within them.
- Exposure to automation tooling, workflow design or testing, or a transparent appetite to develop in that direction.
- Comfortable challenging why a manual step exists and evidencing a better way.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.
- Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage several pieces of work at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel); exposure to reporting, workflow or automation tooling an advantage.
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; working towards a professional accounting designation an advantage.
