Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Tester with hands-on experience in performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, Apache JMeter, and LoadRunner. The candidate should have experience in load, stress, and scalability testing, performance bottleneck analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner.

- Perform load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.

- Monitor application performance, response times, throughput, and resource utilization.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

- Prepare performance test plans, test scenarios, execution reports, and recommendations.

- Conduct root cause analysis and support performance optimization.

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, where applicable.

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter, and/or LoadRunner.





- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.

- Experience in scripting, workload modelling, test execution, and result analysis.

- Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, and web application architecture.

- Experience in performance monitoring and bottleneck identification.

- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.

- Knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to cloud performance testing and distributed load generation.
