- Platform Engineering: Experience in creating, building, and maintaining DevOps platforms and infrastructure, preferably in an on-premises environment.
- Developer Collaboration: Strong experience working closely with development teams and creating automated workflows, tools, and processes to streamline developer productivity.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting & Automation: Any Scripting language (Go, Python, Ruby, Bash scripting or other) experience will work (Python is preferred) for automation and workflow development.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Strong architecture experience with the ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable DevOps solutions.
- Linux System Administration: Strong hands-on expertise in Linux administration, configuration, troubleshooting,



and system management.
- Career Progression: Candidates should have a consistent career history with hands-on DevOps experience from the early stages of their careers. Review employment history for unexplained gaps and validate the depth of DevOps experience across roles.
- Positive to Have: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience, with ownership of DevOps activities, ability to guide team members, monitor task progress, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive timely execution within the team.
