Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits efficiently, coordinating with providers schedules.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e. g. , HIPAA).
- Educate patients about procedures, treatment plans, medications, and clinic policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in patient coordination, medical office administration, or a healthcare setting.




- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and insurance procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient-cantered care.
