Key Responsibilities:





- Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, platform customization, and integrations.
- Configure workflows, business rules, scripting, automation, and application services.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive platform optimization, governance, security, performance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver successful implementations.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in the relevant ServiceNow module or specialization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and platform automation, as applicable to the role.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred, depending on the position.
