Job Summary

Hillways Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with robust expertise in civil infrastructure and highway projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQs, detailed estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Manage billing, subcontractor bills, and client RA bills.
- Handle rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost variations.
- Prepare and verify measurements, variations, and extra-item claims.
- Coordinate with project, planning, execution, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate quantity records and project documentation.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1015 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or highway projects.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying practices.
- Willingness to work at project locations as per company requirements.
