- Outline solutions, build the business case, and earn stakeholder confidence in the approach.
- Work hands-on with data, tools and technical teams to prototype, deploy and refine solutions.
- Manage multiple workstreams at once in a high-visibility client setting.
- Guide and support junior consultants on the engagement.

Must-have

- Strong analytical mindset,

with practical experience in data, analytics or AI-led problem solving.
- Domain knowledge in finance (FP&A;, controllership, finance transformation) or supply chain.
- Client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to get hands-on with data and technology, beyond producing slides.
- Clear, structured communication.

Good to have

- Background in a consulting firm (Big 4, Accenture, Strategy&, MBB or similar).
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Python, and ERP/finance systems.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse automation or industrial clients.
