- Generate leads through walk-ins, site visits, calls, referrals, and channel partners

- Explain project details (pricing, amenities, location benefits) to customers

- Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly

- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and booking

- Build robust relationships with customers and brokers

- Handle customer queries and support till agreement & possession

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor projects
