Job Purpose

To coordinate with business stakeholders and perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for pre-sales, sales, and aftersales applications and related business processes. The role involves ensuring application quality, data accuracy, and seamless business workflows through effective testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for IT applications and related business processes.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Validate IT workflows, customer journeys, lead management, opportunity management, and reporting functionalities.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
- Conduct data validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM records.
- Test application customizations, configurations, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners,



and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and status updates for project stakeholders.
- Support production deployments and perform post-release validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and quality processes.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Strong skills in test scenario design, test case preparation, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience validating business workflows, CRM records, and application functionalities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, product owners, and development teams.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Automobile industry experience is preferred.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have hands-on IT testing experience, strong functional testing knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Experience in automobile-related applications and pre-sales, sales, or aftersales business processes will be an advantage.
