We work with leading organizations across industries to improve performance, manage risk, transform operations, and enable technology-led growth.Our professionals bring deep industry, functional, and technology expertise to deliver practical, innovative solutions that create measurable business value for our clients.Position OverviewProtiviti is looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director Oracle ERP to lead Oracle ERP consulting, implementation, transformation, and delivery engagements.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion, combined with expertise in practice management, program delivery, solution design, client engagement, account management, and pre-sales.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle ERP consulting and transformation engagements across implementation and support programs.
- Drive Practice Management and Project/Program Management, including project financials, resource planning, governance, and delivery oversight.
- Lead solution design and delivery for Oracle ERP implementations.
- Manage large-scale initiatives covering implementation, data migration, integrations, and change management.
- Work across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments.
- Provide functional/technical leadership across one or more areas such as:
- Oracle Financials
- Oracle SCMRole & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and ensure effective resource utilization and delivery quality.
- Drive client engagement,



stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
- Participate in and lead pre-sales, solutioning, proposal development, and sales activities.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in at least one of the following:

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience in Oracle ERP implementation and transformation programs.
- Experience in Project/Program Management, including project financial management.
- Robust solution design and delivery leadership capabilities.
- Experience across data migration, integration, and change management.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams of Oracle professionals.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, sales, solutioning, and proposal activities is mandatory.
- Experience working with consulting firms / professional services organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent account management, client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage delivery, commercials, people, and client relationships.
