RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.
- Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.
- Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.).
- Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor.
- Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.
- Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products.
- Should have good manpower handling experience. Direct contractual employees at shop-floor.
- Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints.
- Motivate shop floor employees including contract labors to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure clean & secure work place.
- Should have knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems

Required Qualifications

- Graduate
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry
- Should have knowledge on Extrusion and Injection molding machine
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
