Experience Requirements

- 5-10 years of progressive experience in business development, tendering, and bid preparation within infrastructure consultancy.
- Proven success in bidding for the following services:

o Feasibility Studies

o Detailed Project Reports (DPR)

o Detailed Engineering Designs (Roads, Highways, Bridges)

o Topographical & Cadastral Surveys

o Geotechnical Investigations & Testing

o Traffic & Transportation Studies

- Strong working relationships with government bodies and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete tendering lifecyclefrom prospect identification to final submission.
- Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFQs, EOIs to ensure alignment with technical and commercial expectations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) and external partners.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on proposal writing, compliance, formatting, and workflows.
- Oversee structured reviews, brainstorming sessions,



and red-team evaluations to ensure bid quality.
- Ensure timely and compliant submissions via government and institutional e-tendering portals.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Exhibit strong leadership with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, mentoring, and upskilling across the team.
- Act as a strategic liaison between business goals and technical teams.
- Motivate team members, resolve conflicts proactively, and foster a positive and productive work culture.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical writing and proposal structuring skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and document control systems.
