Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Payment Collection Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in US mortgage collections, and mandatory working knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).

The candidate will be responsible for contacting US mortgage customers, following up on overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and helping customers bring their mortgage accounts up to date while maintaining qualified customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US mortgage customers regarding overdue mortgage payments.

- Follow up with customers on missed, delayed, and outstanding mortgage payments.

- Explain payment dues, account status, payment options, and applicable timelines to customers.

- Understand customer concerns and identify reasons for payment delays.

- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within company policies and applicable guidelines.

- Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and account notes accurately in the MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) tool.

- Maintain professional communication and handle customer objections effectively.

- Follow US mortgage servicing procedures, compliance requirements,



and data privacy guidelines.

- Meet defined performance metrics, including collections, call quality, productivity, and adherence.

- Escalate complex account issues and disputes to the appropriate team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in US mortgage collections or mortgage servicing voice processes.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).

- Strong verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.

- Good understanding of mortgage payment collection, delinquency follow-up, and payment arrangements.

- Ability to handle customer objections, negotiate payments, and resolve queries professionally.

- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with US customer service standards and process compliance.

- Ability to work in US shifts, including night shifts, as required.

- Salary: Up to 8 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
