Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as hospital administration, revenue cycle management (RCM), and international voice process teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable caller responsibilities including denial management and appeal processes.
- Proficiency in senior AR caller skills such as handling complex patient account issues and resolving complaints effectively.
