Experience: 14 Years
Locations: Chennai | Trichy
Billing Type: Physician Billing (PB) / Hospital Billing (HB)
Salary: Up to 40,000 In-Hand
Interview: Virtual Interview

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Process medical billing transactions accurately and efficiently using voice processing software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling,



denial management, or medical billing.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management Mandatory
Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB)
