We are hiring for a leading consulting firm in Mumbai for an Internal Audit professional with 5-9 years of experience.

Position: Internal Audit
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Qualified CA

Experience: 59 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead audit teams and ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Conduct internal audits, process audits, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and risk assessments.
- Identify process gaps and control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop SOPs, policies, risk strategies, and control frameworks.
- Manage client relationships and independently handle audit assignments.
- Guide team members, conduct training, and contribute to business development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with strong experience in internal auditing and risk management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, project management,



and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience in a consulting or skilled services firm is preferred.
- Knowledge of key business processes, including O2C, P2P, HR Payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
