Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Telecom / Engineering / Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing. If you're passionate about sourcing top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and working in a quick-paced recruitment environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience: 1-8 years in Telecom, Engineering, or Non-IT Recruitment
Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent platforms
Experience recruiting for Telecom, Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or other Non-IT domains in the US market
Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and meet delivery timelines
Location: Noida, Sector 126
Preferred candidate profile
Having IT/Non -IT background with automotive/engineering or telecom client hiring experience
