Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 9+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP CO-PC Consultant.

- Experience in at least:

- One full lifecycle SAP implementation project.

- Two production support projects.

- Strong functional expertise in SAP ECC, particularly in Product Costing and Controlling.

- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing industry environment.

- Valuable understanding of manufacturing concepts, including:

- Bills of Material (BOMs).

- Routings and work centers.

- Production Orders and Process Orders.

- Standard costing and actual costing.

- Product cost estimates and cost variance analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Product Cost Planning (PCP), including costing variants, costing sheets, valuation variants, and costing runs.

- Experience in Cost Object Controlling (COC), including production order and process order costing.

- Understanding of Material Ledger (ML), including actual costing, parallel valuation, and multi-currency costing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP CO-PC integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD.

- Experience working with RICEF objects in the SAP CO-PC area.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in other SAP Finance and Controlling areas, such as:

- General Ledger (G/L).

- Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Accounts Payable (AP).

- Fixed Assets (FA).

- SAP certification in CO-PC or S/4HANA Management Accounting.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Product Costing and Management Accounting.

- Knowledge of SAP BW or other reporting tools.

- Automotive industry experience, preferably in manufacturing and production costing environments.
