Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to guide patients during their initial consultation and help them understand treatment plans. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, patient counselling, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls for patient engagement
Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients
Counsel patients and drive conversions
Address patient queries and objections professionally
Collect feedback post consultation
Coordinate with internal teams for better patient experience

Requirements:
Positive communication & persuasion skills
Experience in sales / counselling / customer service
Comfortable with outbound calling & conversions
Ability to handle objections and build trust
