We are seeking a talented and experienced Hybrid Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. A key focus of this position is the deep integration of cloud backends, real-time push notification infrastructures, and advanced user engagement tracking tools to build metrics-driven, production-grade mobile solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Core Cross-Platform Development: Design, code, and maintain robust, scalable hybrid applications using React Native or Flutter ecosystems.
- Firebase Backend Integration: Implement and manage Firebase services including Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, and remote configurations.
- Notification Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and maintain secure local and remote push notification lifecycles via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
- Google Analytics & Data Tracking: Integrate Google Analytics (GA4 / Firebase Analytics) to track custom events, user properties, screen views, and conversion funnels, ensuring high-fidelity data reporting for product decision-making.
- Performance Tuning & Monitoring: Proactively diagnose performance bottlenecks, memory leaks,



and application crashes using Firebase Crashlytics and performance monitoring tools.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate directly with product design teams to transform high-fidelity Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into pixel-perfect, highly responsive mobile layouts with fluid animations.
- Deployment Pipelines: Own the entire mobile app deployment workflow, handling provisioning profiles, code signing, and binary submissions to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in cross-platform/hybrid mobile application development.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient command over JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter).
- Analytics & Backend Skills: Proven track record of setting up custom event logging in Google Analytics (GA4) and configuring data architectures inside Firebase.
- Notification Mastery: Strong understanding of notification delivery mechanisms, background data payloads, and handling system-level push permissions across iOS and Android variations.
- State Management: Solid experience with up-to-date architecture and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API, Bloc, or Provider).
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, MCA, IT, or a related technical discipline.
