Role & responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
- Define and execute the Electronics Hardware engineering roadmap aligned with
.
- Lead complete product development from concept through production.
- Drive architecture decisions for Automotive ECUs, TCUs, Instrument Clusters,
Body Controllers, Gateway ECUs, EV Electronics and Smart Cockpit platforms.
- Establish engineering best practices, design guidelines, review mechanisms and
technical governance.
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead multiple customer programs simultaneously.
- Ensure delivery on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets.
- Manage resource planning and competency development.
- Drive risk management and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
