Job Description: US Accounting Specialist

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM)
Experience: Mid-Level (2-5 Years, preferably)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Accounting Specialist to manage accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US accounting processes and financial software such as Stampli, Bill.com, Tipalti, Ramp, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations related to US business processes.
- Manage vendor invoices, invoice verification, payment processing, and approval workflows.
- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with general ledger (GL) activities, journal entries, and month-end closing.
- Track expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and account queries.
- Use accounting and AP automation software such as Stampli, Bill.com, Tipalti, Ramp, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar tools.




- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with applicable company policies and US accounting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, US accounting, AP operations, or related finance processes.
- Practical exposure to US accounting operations and financial workflows.
- Experience with accounting or finance software; hands-on experience with Stampli, SAP, Oracle, Bill.com, Tipalti, or Ramp is preferred.
- Understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, journal entries, and general accounting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and month-end closing is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Shift and Work Requirements

- Must be comfortable working the US night shift.
- Must be willing to work from the Noida, Sector 62 office.
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with US-based teams and vendors.
