AR Caller Physician Billing

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Salary: 30% hike on Previous Salary

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Transport: 1-way CAB facility available

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

* Handle AR Calling and insurance follow-up for outstanding physician claims.

* Perform timely follow-up with US insurance companies regarding claim status and payments.

* Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims.

* Manage Denial Management activities and ensure timely resolution.

* Review EOBs/ERAs and claim details to identify reasons for non-payment.

* Maintain accurate documentation of payer interactions and follow-up actions.

* Escalate complex claims/issues to the appropriate team when required.

* Meet assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

* Follow established US Healthcare RCM processes and guidelines.
