We are looking for a DGM/GM Legal & CS for a Reputed MNC Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure corporate, statutory and legal compliance.
- Advise the Board and senior management on governance and legal matters.
- Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, resolutions and minutes.
- Manage statutory filings, disclosures and corporate records.
- Monitor changes in company law and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corporate governance frameworks and best practices.
- Drive legal compliance monitoring and advise on regulatory risks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: LLB + ACS (Associate Member of ICSI) Mandatory.
- 15 to 25 years in Legal, Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance.
- Solid legal knowledge, leadership, communication and ownership skills.
