Requirements

Task

1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory norms.

2. Conduct in-process, raw material, and finished goods inspection as per approved quality standards.

3. Verify line clearance, maintain batch manufacturing and testing records, and ensure traceability.

4. Coordinate with production for immediate rectification of process deviations and non-conformities.

5. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

6. Participate in internal audits, ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / BIS (IS 5405) certification activities, and regulatory inspections.

7. Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and ensure record retention as per company policy.

8. Conduct training sessions for operators and staff on hygiene, quality systems, and documentation.

9. Participate in product validation, sampling, and stability studies.





10.Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation and monitor its effectiveness.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of BIS (IS 5405) / ISO standards related to hygiene products.

• Proficiency in MS Office / ERP / SAP.

• Positive observation skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay Details:

Basic pay range: Rs. 12000-29500 /-

Gross Salary: Rs.23,724/-

Qualification:

Essential: Graduation in Science or Diploma in Engineering

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA functions in sanitary napkin / hygiene product / FMCG / medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturing units.
