Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Lead overhaul, repair, and maintenance of - Rotary Kiln, Cross Bar Cooler, IKN Cooler, Ball Mills, Vertical Roller Mills (VRM), Roller Press, Crushers, Pollution Control Equipment (ESP, Bag Filters, etc.), Material Handling Equipment (Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Chain Conveyors, etc.),
- Ensure optimum equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor maintenance costs and optimize utilization of manpower, spares, and resources
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and process teams during shutdowns and major maintenance activities




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and housekeeping practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-20 years of mechanical maintenance experience in large cement plants.
- Proven experience in leading maintenance teams and handling plant shutdowns.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of maintenance planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.
- Solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
