Technical Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including hardware malfunctions, software problems, and network connectivity issues.
- Conduct onsite visits for complex technical issues that require hands-on assistance.
- Offer remote support using tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
- - Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or other relevant teams when required.
Mandatory Requirement: Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
