Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced GCP Data Engineers with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, batch/stream processing, orchestration, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build ETL/ELT solutions for large-volume data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop and optimize data solutions using BigQuery.
- Build batch and streaming pipelines using Dataflow / Apache Beam.
- Work with Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer and Airflow.
- Develop efficient data-processing workflows using Python, SQL and PySpark.
- Implement data validation, monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Optimize BigQuery queries through partitioning, clustering, and other performance techniques.
- Support cloud data migration and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot production data pipeline issues.
- Collaborate with architects,



analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
