Job Description

We are looking for passionate, result-oriented, and experienced Part-Time Evening Teachers / Tutors to conduct classes for students in grades 9 to 12 under the Tamil Nadu State Board (Samacheer Kalvi) curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the board exam patterns, blue-prints, and scoring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Subject Delivery: Conduct engaging and conceptually clear teaching sessions for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th-standard students.
- Curriculum Alignment: Follow the standard Samacheer Kalvi syllabus strictly, ensuring all chapters are completed ahead of school schedules.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly for board exams (10th & 12th) and school mid-terms through regular revisions.
- Assessments & Evaluation: Create periodic test papers, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Doubt Resolution:



Address individual student queries patiently and offer extra support to weaker students.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain tracking sheets for student attendance and performance, updating parents during periodic meets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in the relevant subject domain (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.A, M.A, B.Ed, or B.E/B.Tech).
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience teaching 9th-12th state board students (Coaching center or school experience preferred).
- Syllabus Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the Samacheer Kalvi textbook content, blueprint, and marking schemes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English to explain complex concepts easily.

- Availability: Must be available to take classes during evening hours (Flexible weekdays/weekends).
