Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow platforms to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for platform configuration, data management, and reporting.

Job Requirements :

- 9-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
- Robust understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles and frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
- Proven track record of implementing successful projects using ServiceNow Platform including implementation, customization development.
