Description:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong technical developer with 710 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, .NET Core, C#, and Azure.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
- Robust development experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core.
- Hands-on experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.
- Strong understanding of Azure architecture and experience working with Azure Functions, Storage, App Service, and Logic Apps.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming,



and secure coding practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently make technical decisions and take ownership of complex technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Role:

- Own the technical solution and provide clear technical direction to the development team.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for project-level technical discussions.
- Ensure technical decisions are aligned with business requirements, architecture standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Proactively identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Mentor developers and improve the overall technical capability of the team.
- Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team guidance.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet defined quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
