Experience: 15-20 Years in HSE leadership roles (Preferably from Oil & Gas sector)

About the Role
As the Head of HSE, you will be responsible for leading the business, operations, and strategic growth of our HSE Services. This high-impact leadership role requires a balance of commercial acumen, operational oversight, and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
Drive the financial performance and profitability of the HSE division
Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans
Create and implement growth-oriented sales strategies

Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors
Cross-sell HSE services with other business verticals
Build solid client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Operational Alignment




Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence
Manage and streamline the functioning of freelance and contract resources
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, QMS, and contract obligations

Market Insights & Innovation
Provide strategic insights to the executive team on market dynamics
Customize HSE service offerings based on client needs and industry trends
Expand the service portfolio and geographic reach of HSE solutions

Representation & Branding
Represent ISSPL at industry conferences, forums, and networking events
Promote brand visibility and strengthen the organizations position in the HSE space.
