Responsibilities

- Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Insurance.
- Develop, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet business targets, goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Provide branch personnel with training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager / Asst Branch Manager / Branch Assistant / Branch Operations Manager
- Knowledge of contemporary management techniques, best practices, organizational skills
- Results driven and customer foJD
