Job Summary

Experience: 5 to 10 years in an equity broking firm. Good understanding and knowledge of equity, derivatives (equity), commodity & currency segments, MF, PMS, AIF, IPO, LAS and all related products.

Responsibilities

- Acquire and handle UHNI/HNI clients for PCG (Private Client Group) with a book size of Lakh and above.
- Advise UHNI/HNI clients on equity, derivatives, currency & commodity markets and generate revenue from them.
- Cross-sell third-party products such as MF (Mutual Funds), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIFs (Alternate Investment Funds), LAS (Loan Against Securities), IPOs, and Insurance.
- Handle clients' queries and complaints and resolve them within TAT.
- Apply deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Profile clients by conducting in-depth reviews of their financial requirements,



analyzing information, and recommending portfolios.
- Monitor and enhance the advisor's advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate with third-party product manufacturers and all stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest level of service to customers in terms of advisory and operational issues and provide timely solutions, which will differentiate this segment.
