5+yrs of relevant exp. in a Real Estate Company or Law Firm specializing in real estate matters. Solid knowledge of Real Estate Laws, SRA, Redevelopment Regulations, RERA, and Revenue Laws. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Required Candidate profile

Handle Real Estate Projects, including Redevelopment & SRA Schemes. Manage RERA-related litigation, Represent the company before RERA Revenue Authorities Civil Courts & other legal forums as required.
