Receive Raw Material and inspection of received material visually
Updating IMS sheet in google drive
Make Pre-invoices GRN timely in ERP and update FMS-PR to Payment-RM
Maintain Purchase Register (Manually & Excel)

Required Candidate profile

Follow up for pending quality reports of R/M
MIS reports of Raw Materials & All R/M pending bills
Generate PR of RM & IMS
Valuable Knowledge in MS EXCEL (V lookup, H look up, Pivot Table)
