Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to own the planning and execution of integrated B2B campaigns across SalesPlay, GrowthIQ, and KnowledgeStore including industry-specific campaigns and bundled offerings that combine our SaaS platforms with professional services.

This is a hands-on campaign execution role. The focus is on developing campaigns from the ground up translating industry insights, buyer challenges and business objectives into compelling campaign concepts, messaging and assets, then distributing them strategically across multiple channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation, Content, Digital, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and SDR teams to ensure every campaign is targeted, launched effectively, and measured against pipeline and qualified demo outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an operator who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, understands B2B SaaS buying journeys, and is comfortable working with data, marketing technology and performance metrics.

What Were Looking For

• 7 to 11 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

• Proven ability to conceptualise, build and execute integrated campaigns end to end.

• Hands-on experience developing campaign narratives, messaging and assets, beyond channel execution.

• Experience creating industry-specific, persona-led and use-case-driven campaigns.

• Expertise in multi-channel campaign distribution, audience segmentation, lead nurturing and B2B buying journeys.

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or Salesforce.

• Robust analytical, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ownership of qualified demos, pipeline and ROI.
