Role & responsibilities

- Graduate/PG with 10 plus years FMCG general trade experience, distributor management and team handling skills, computer and mobile app literacy
- Appoint distributors and retail stockists, achieve sales targets, lead and motivate sales team, manage distribution, implement sales strategies, develop new markets
- Explore potential business avenues to achieve increased growth in the HORECA / Institutional segment.

- Deliver sales objectives related to volume, value, market share, and acquisition of new food service accounts across the HORECA channel.

- Interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders including Unit Head Chefs, Contract Catering Managers, Buyers, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads, Purchase Managers, F&B; Managers, Chefs, and General Managers.

- Understand and map HORECA business requirements to offer the best products and services while ensuring profitability growth.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently meeting delivery and service quality standards.





- Expand the company's product presence in the HORECA segment by defining and executing monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share, and activation in the region.

- Drive business through B2B sales and develop various HORECA channels.

- Handle the appointment and management of stockists/distributors and lead a sales team.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.

- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Review and report sales data, including parameters such as sales efficiency and sales achievement.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having minimum 10- 15 years of FMCG general trade experience in similar positions and working area/geographical knowledge. Should have Distributor management & team handling experience. Computer Literacy & Mob app experience are must.
