Job Description:

- Job Title: IT Executive
- Years of Experience : 0-6 Months
- Shift Timings: Morning Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Education : B.Tech
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Roles and responsibilities

1.Support for end-user desktops, laptops, printers.

2.Work on service requests and incidents via ticketing systems.

3.Assist users with login issues, password resets, and system access.

4.Set up recent workstations, including peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and network devices.

5.Perform routine maintenance tasks like system updates, Tasks.

6.Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

7.Maintain asset inventory of hardware and software licenses.

8.Knowledge on LAN/WAN issues.
