We are looking for an experienced Neurosurgeon to join our team at Ortho-One, Coimbatore. The doctor will provide consultation, diagnosis, surgical care, and post-operative management for patients with neurological and spine-related conditions.
Job Description
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological and spine-related conditions.
- Perform neurosurgical and spine procedures as required.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Work closely with Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons, Anaesthesiologists, and other specialists.
- Manage emergency and critical neurological cases when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical and patient safety standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and patient management.
- Participate in and support CME programmes,
academic activities, and clinical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of CME programmes and other academic initiatives related to Neurosurgery and Spine Care.
Candidate Profile
- M.Ch./DNB (Neurosurgery) or equivalent qualification in Neurosurgery.
- Relevant experience as a Neurosurgeon.
- Experience in Spine Surgery and Neurotrauma will be preferred.
- Valuable clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
- Experience in academic activities, CME programmes, or clinical teaching will be an added advantage.
