Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop detailed project timelines and action plans, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives align with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to resolve any delays or challenges.

Client Communication:

- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly update clients on project status, deliverables, and any changes in scope or schedule.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, including contracts, proposals, design briefs, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders at defined intervals.
- Ensure proper documentation for project completion, including checklists, client handovers, and post-completion evaluations.

Budget and Vendor Management:

- Track project expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.




- Source and coordinate with vendors, negotiating terms to achieve cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Oversee procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Quality and Compliance:

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work aligns with design specifications and standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in interior design or construction.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is advantageous.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
