Requirements

- 5+ years in sales of investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Broking) through IFA & Franchisee channel.
- Team handling experience: needed.
- Domain knowledge: understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, understanding of the indirect channel.

Responsibilities
- Achieve given AUM and revenue targets.
- Responsible for mentoring, monitoring and driving the cluster sales team to achieve the sales numbers through partner alliances - IFA, Franchisee, Remisier channel.
- Engage with partner alliances - IFA, Franchisee, Remisier channel, influence them to sell MF, PMS, PE, AIF, Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory Products, Direct Equity and Bonds.
- Conduct seminars for the franchisees and their clients on different products. Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners - Franchisees, IFAs.




- Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners Allainces - IFAs, Remisiers and Franchisees.
- Recruit potential recent Franchisees and IFAs.
- Manage, recruit and drive the regional sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
- Ensure highest servicing standard for Franchisees & IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars.
- Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
