Job Summary

This job focuses to define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Payments and Payouts Platform including, card acquiring, bank payment processing, and payouts, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical dependencies. This person will own payment lifecycle requirements, including processing, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, and exception handling. You will collaborate with business teams, engineering, architects, operations, risk, and compliance to build scalable capabilities and ensure launch readiness. This job is an individual contributor.

Essential Responsibilities

- Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
- Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
- Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
- Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
- Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify current opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must have atleast 3+years of relevant Product Management experience into Payments/Card Acquiring
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Payments and Payouts Platform including, card acquiring, bank payment processing, and payouts, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical dependencies.
- Gather customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and solution design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business teams, engineering, architects, operations, risk, and compliance to build scalable capabilities and ensure launch readiness.
- Own payment lifecycle requirements, including processing, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, and exception handling.
- Resolve customer issues, processing challenges, and delivery blockers through hands-on problem solving and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment, define success metrics, and remain accountable for product delivery and outcomes.
