Key Skills Required:

- 2-4 years of experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analytics.
- Strong reporting and dashboarding experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple reports and meet tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities accurately and within defined timelines.
- Prepare and maintain operational performance dashboards and management reports.




- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and enhance MIS reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare presentations for MBR (Monthly Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), and ABR meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from stakeholders.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

- 2-4 years of relevant MIS/Reporting experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Robust PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Comfortable working in Australian shifts (3:30 AM onwards).
- Immediate joiners only.
