Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in teaching, training, or counseling roles within the EdTech sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and psychological theories related to behavior change.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt tone/style according to audience needs; strong presentation skills using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
