Job Summary

Trijotech is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementations, support projects, configuration, testing, and deployment, along with exposure to SAP S/4HANA on-premise and cloud solutions.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Experience in Treasury Management, Bank Account Management, and Cash Operations.
- Knowledge of Costing, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA on-premise and cloud solutions.
- Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Project System (PS) will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO solutions in alignment with business requirements.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications and business blueprints.
- Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling processes.




- Work on SAP implementation projects, including system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and project meetings to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues and support business-critical financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, data validation, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Demonstrate robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills while working independently and within project teams.

Experience Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant SAP FI/CO experience.
- Minimum 3 SAP implementation project experiences, including at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Minimum 3 SAP support project experiences.
- Practical experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, implementation, and production support.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- B.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CS Inter, or an equivalent qualification with a strong financial and accounting background.
- SAP FI/CO certification is preferred, particularly SAP S/4HANA certification.
