Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, job portals, Boolean searches, and different employment types.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Review job descriptions and develop effective Boolean search strings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills and experience.
- Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full time positions.
- Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099, based on client requirements and applicable rules.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate pay rates, salaries,



and other employment terms within approved limits.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Follow up on offers, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Meet daily and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, roles, and job descriptions.
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and resume sourcing.
- Familiarity with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ATS tools.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
