Roles & Responsibilities PLC Programmer (Ultrasonic Automatic Machine)

- Develop, program, and modify PLC logic for automatic ultrasonic welding machines.
- Configure HMI screens, alarms, and machine parameters.
- Integrate PLC with sensors, actuators, motors, and ultrasonic welding systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC programs and resolve machine breakdowns.
- Conduct machine testing, commissioning, and cycle-time optimization.
- Ensure machine safety, interlocks, and smooth automatic operation.
- Provide technical support and maintain PLC program documentation.
