## Key Responsibilities

* Edit high volumes of videos for social media, advertisements, YouTube channels, and brand campaigns.

* Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and long-form content.

* Use AI-powered tools to generate creative concepts, visuals, animations, and video content.

* Write effective prompts to achieve the desired output from AI tools.

* Handle motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, sound design, and colour grading.

* Work closely with creative, social media, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver the expected output.

* Manage multiple projects, revisions, and urgent deliverables without compromising quality.

* Ensure timely delivery of videos according to project requirements and deadlines.

* Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI tools, and creative techniques.

## Required Skills & Software Knowledge

* *Adobe Premiere Pro:* Strong video editing skills.

* *Adobe After Effects:* Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

* *Adobe Photoshop:* Ability to edit images and create thumbnails and creative assets.

* *Adobe Illustrator:* Knowledge of vector graphics and design elements.

* *DaVinci Resolve:* Understanding of colour correction and colour grading.





* *AI Video Tools:* Hands-on experience with Higgsfield AI and similar AI-powered video creation tools.

* *AI Prompting:* Ability to write effective prompts for generating videos, images, animations, and other creative outputs.

* *English Communication:* Good English communication skills to understand briefs, discuss creative ideas, and coordinate effectively with the team.

## Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.

* Prior experience in an advertising agency, production house, or well-known YouTube channel is highly preferred.

* Ability to handle a high volume of video edits with quick turnaround times.

* Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, and visual aesthetics.

* Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and creative output.

* Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.

* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent assignments.

* Flexibility to work extended hours, including late nights when genuinely required by shoots, campaigns, or urgent deadlines.
