Quality Assurance Analyst Finance Systems – 5+ Years – Gurugram

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Finance Systems with strong hands-on experience in IFRS 17, insurance domain processes, SQL querying, and data validation. The role involves validating transactional warehouse data and finance systems that support management reporting and financial statements. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing stakeholder discussions, conducting system and data testing, and ensuring compliance with business and financial requirements.

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance is preferred. Exposure to Snowflake and/or Databricks will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Perform IFRS 17 testing and validate financial data.
2. Use SQL queries to identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
3. Coordinate independently with finance, business, and technology stakeholders.
4. Execute test cases, document defects, and track issue resolution.
5. Support test planning and work with Snowflake/Databricks data platforms where applicable.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, testing, or finance systems.
2. Mandatory hands-on IFRS 17 experience and strong insurance domain knowledge.
3. Strong SQL querying, data testing, and validation skills.
4. P&C; insurance experience preferred; Snowflake and/or Databricks exposure is an advantage.
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; test planning and strategy experience is desirable.
